Subscription import and connection guide

Get your subscription from the dashboard first, then import it into the client on your device. Manage your account, orders, and subscription in the dashboard; choose a server and connect in the client.

Button names and locations may vary between client versions and platforms. The steps below focus on the task—subscription or configuration, import, update, then connect. If the wording differs, follow the current instructions on the dashboard download page and in the client. Check your device platform before you begin; you don't need to follow menu names for other platforms.

Create an account and save your login details

Open the account creation page in the dashboard and enter the username and password you want to use. VPN37 doesn't require an email address; you can create an account with a username and password. Check your keyboard input and capitalization, and make sure you've saved your password before submitting. Use a password manager to store your login details. Don't post your password and subscription link together in public notes or chat groups.

Follow the on-screen instructions to open the dashboard. Make sure you're signed in to the account you just created before choosing a plan. If you're already signed in to another account in your browser, check the username first so your order isn't placed under the wrong account. Use the same account to check your plan, get your subscription, and submit support tickets.

Your account and client configuration are separate. After creating an account, choose a plan in the dashboard and wait for the subscription to become active before importing it into the client. Being able to open the dashboard doesn't mean your device is connected to an international route; you'll check that in the final connection test.

Choose a plan and check your order status

Go to the plans section in the dashboard and consider how you use the service. If you use it regularly, compare the monthly subscriptions. If your usage is less predictable, consider a data plan that lasts until the data is used up and never expires. Compare the data allowance and billing terms, not just the order total. Monthly subscriptions and data plans work differently, so choose what fits your usage.

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets on the activation date, not on the first day of each calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Review the change details shown in the dashboard before proceeding.

Data plans cost ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. They last until the data is used up and never expire. There is no limit on the number of devices connected at once, but keep an eye on your plan's data allowance—device count and data are separate. If you mainly use AI text tools and browse occasionally, monitor your actual usage. If you often stream video, pay closer attention to your remaining data.

On the order confirmation page, check the plan, total, and billing terms. Pay using Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT through the dashboard. Then return to check your order and subscription status. If the payment page says the payment is complete but the dashboard hasn't updated, refresh the status and confirm you're in the right account. Don't submit the order again just because the page hasn't changed yet. If you need help, submit a ticket through the dashboard.

VPN37 offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Terms of Service for details. Plan terms are listed on the pricing page. The rest of this guide covers subscription delivery and connection setup.

Choose This Plan

Get your subscription and choose an import method

Once your plan is active, open the account overview in the dashboard and find the subscription or subscription import section. The subscription link lets your client retrieve server configuration. It isn't a regular web address or your login password. If you open it in a browser and see file contents or a download prompt, that doesn't tell you whether the connection works.

If the dashboard offers an import option for your installed client, try that first. Your browser may ask whether to open the client; check that it's the right app before continuing. After the app receives the import request, confirm that the subscription was saved and the server list appears. A browser redirect alone doesn't mean setup is complete.

If the client doesn't open automatically, copy the link instead. Copy the full subscription link from the dashboard, switch to the client, and choose the option to import from a link in subscription or configuration settings. Don't add spaces, quotation marks, or other text when pasting. Make sure you don't mistake the dashboard page address for the subscription link: the dashboard manages your account, while the subscription link retrieves configuration.

Treat your subscription link like an account credential. When contacting support, share the error message and the step you're on, but don't include the full subscription link in a public screenshot. If the link is exposed, check whether the dashboard offers a reset option or ask support how to proceed. For subscription updates, data allowance, and related questions, see the Help Center.

Import the client for your platform

Get client downloads from the dashboard instead of searching for installers. VPN37 supports Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Linux. Except for iOS, you can download the client from the dashboard after signing in, without purchasing a plan. You will still need an active plan to get a subscription and connect. The steps below cover common devices; follow the section for yours.

Get the Client

Windows: Add a subscription in subscription or configuration settings

In the dashboard's download section, choose the VPN37 desktop client for Windows, install it as instructed, and launch it. In the client, look for subscription settings, configuration management, or an option to import from a link. If the dashboard can open the client directly, try that first. If nothing happens, add the subscription manually in the client and paste the link you copied.

Give the subscription a name you'll recognize, save it, and update or refresh the configuration. Once the server list appears, check that the newly imported subscription is selected rather than an older configuration. You don't need to adjust advanced settings yet; start with the client's default recommendations. If the system asks for network access, check the app name before granting permission.

macOS: Save the subscription and enable its configuration

Choose the VPN37 client for your Mac in the dashboard, install it, and follow the system prompts to open it. If macOS asks you to confirm the app or add a network configuration, check the source and app name before continuing. Don't skip required network permissions just because a prompt appears; without them, the client may look enabled while your connection remains unchanged.

Add the remote link in the client's configuration or subscription section, then save and update it. You can also start the import from the dashboard and confirm in your browser that it should open the client. When the import is complete, return to the client, select the configuration, and check the server list. If other network proxy tools are running on your Mac, pause them before testing to avoid conflicts.

Android: Import from a subscription link and approve system access

Sign in to the dashboard and download the VPN37 mobile client for Android from the downloads section. Follow your device's instructions to install it. In the app, open configuration, subscriptions, or add configuration, then choose import from a link. Paste and save the full subscription URL, update the configuration, and check that the server list is visible. If you pasted the dashboard sign-in page address, return to the account overview and copy the subscription link again.

When you connect for the first time, Android may ask for permission to set up a VPN connection. Confirm that the app is correct, then continue. Check the connection status in the client. If the connection often stops when you switch apps, check whether your device's battery settings restrict background activity and adjust them if needed. Check system settings first; you don't need to delete and reimport the subscription straight away.

iOS: Open the App Store from the dashboard, then import your subscription

Find the iOS client link in the dashboard's downloads section and use it to open the App Store. This option requires a purchased plan that hasn't expired. If the page asks you to confirm your plan, check its status in the account overview before downloading. Follow the client link and instructions provided in the dashboard; installation steps for other platforms may not apply.

After installing the app, use the matching import option in the dashboard if available, then confirm that the configuration is saved in the client. To import manually, paste the link in the client's subscription or configuration section, update it, and select the subscription. On your first connection, follow the iOS prompts to allow the VPN configuration and complete any required confirmation. Select a server in the client, connect, and then check that access works.

Linux users can also get the matching client from the dashboard and import the subscription using the download page instructions. The basic steps are the same across platforms: get the client, save the subscription, update the server list, and enable the configuration. If menu details differ, look for the relevant topic in the Help Center; there's no need to keep switching apps to match a screenshot.

Connect to a server and check that access works

Choose a region from the server list, then connect. Consider the requirements of the service you want to use rather than choosing based only on distance. For regular browsing, start with a commonly used region. For AI tools and streaming, also check the account region and the platform's service availability. A connected status in the client only means the connection is enabled; it doesn't confirm that the service you're trying to reach is accessible.

Return to the website or app you wanted to use and refresh it. Check whether sign-in, content loading, and normal interactions work again. If the page was stuck in an error state, close and reopen it, or quit and relaunch the app. Don't change the server, mode, and client all at once or reinstall the client. Change one setting at a time to see what affects the result.

If the client shows no servers, go to the subscription section and update it. Check that you imported the full subscription link and verify your plan status in the dashboard. If servers appear but won't connect, make sure the current subscription is selected, system network permissions are granted, and no other network tools are running. If the issue persists after switching servers, check the client message or error logs.

If websites load normally but a platform still shows a regional availability notice, the cause may be your account region, content licensing, or the platform's detection—not an issue that reimporting your subscription will fix. Read the complete guide to streaming access to learn how server and account regions differ. For tips on AI tools, see the AI guide. This page covers basic connection setup and does not guarantee access to any specific platform.

Once you've confirmed the connection works, keep the working configuration and check your data usage and subscription status in the dashboard regularly. There is no limit on the number of devices connected at once, and you can import the subscription on other devices using the same steps. Keep the subscription link secure. If you need help, note your device platform, the client message, the steps that caused the issue, and the service you were trying to access, then submit them through a dashboard support ticket. Hide passwords, subscription links, and other account details in screenshots.
